Originally chartered in 1950, the troop continues to provide service to the North Tonawanda area community. Troop 184 strives to provide to its membership a safe haven program which is guided by the aims and methods of scouting and to make it interesting and fun for the boys ages 11 to 18.
Dutch Oven Recipes
Listed on the right are several links to cookbooks and several favorite dutch oven recipes. Many of these have been passed down through the years. Most of the best meals at camp are created and cooked in cast iron. Enjoy!
Scoutcraft
Scoutcraft links contains many “how to” diagrams and instructions on things from tree identification to making a hiking staff. You may want to make some of these on your own or as a a patrol activity. There’s even suggestions on how to make a patrol flag. Some of these are quite old, and may even make the old time scouter say, “I remember when I made my first…”
